                       SURYA NAMASKAR is an ancient method of showing gratitude to the sun. you can burn nearly upto 417calories in just 30 mins  of Sun salutations .Sun Salutations are useful for the physical, mental and spiritual development like Sun is for the entire universe. There are 12 asanas  12 state which  represent  the sun  position in zodiacs. 

              These asanas  comprise different postures from standing  postion .Thus it gives new vigour  the body.  It  loosen all the joints  ,stretches all the muscles and stimulates the  respiratory and nervous systems.  

       These asanas are to be performed before doing the other asanas. It rejuvenating the whole body and givesgood mental fillip.

1.All these asanas are to be performed in one succession while coordinating while breathing. 
2.Mantra is to be recited for every posture. 
3.Concentrate at the eye brow centre during the entire practice. 
4.Lie in savasan after the completion of the asanas.

*  While doing these Surya Namaskaras the organs in the Abdomen will be are alternately stretched and Compressed. It gives good relief for the constipation problem.
