SASANKASAN(Moon posture)

      SASANKASAN(Moon posture) :


    This asan helps in removing constipation. It also helps in arousing kundalini. It stimulates the thyroid and adrenal glands and also the addition of benefits of Vajrasan it controls emotions. 

How to do:

1. Sit in Vajrasan. 

2. Raise both the heads up above the head and inhale. 

3. Bend the hands, head and trunk forward without raising the buttocksfrom the feet and exhale while doing this. 

4.Stretch the hands front fully torching the ground,, rest the forehead on the ground infrontof the knees. 

5. Do this posture and remain for one or two minutes taking normal breath. 

6. While inhaling come back to the normal position and while exhaling bring the hands down from sideways..


VAJRASAN (Thunder bolt posture)

      This asan  helps in digestion  and removes the heaviness of the stomach. It is a meditative posture and relieves pain due to cramps in legs.

How to do:

1.Sit on the legs folded back ward knees touching each other.

2.Keep the buttocks  on the feet and keep back bone erect.

3.The feet must be in such a way that the big toes touch  each other.
