Eye movements:

               Eye movements:


           This eye movements will rejuvenate the eyes and its muscles and will give sufficient rest to the eyes which are strained due to excess reading and viewing.

            Sit in  comfortable position.These movements can be done 10times each.

1.

Move the eye balls up and down without moving the head. 
2.
Move the eye balls to left and right. 

3.Move the eye balls from right top corner to the left down corner viewing in a crossed manner. 

4.Move the eye balls in the same manner in opposite direction.

Rotate the eye balls in a circular manner both clock wise and anti clockwise direction. 
         At last rub both the palms and then cover the eyes for a while.This will generate energy to the eyes. 
 
   
And flapping the eyes is also a good exercise  for nice  vision
