SUKHASAN (Easy posture)
This asan gives very good concentration. It helps to develop calmness of the mind and reduces tensions. This is quite comfortable asan for all.
How to do :
1. Sit with the leg stretched in front of the body
2.Fold the right foot under the left thigh.
3.Fold the left foot under right thigh
4.Place the hands on the knees in chinmudra.
5.Keep the head, neck and back straight and eyes closed.
