PARIDANA YUKTA MUDRA
How to do:
Step-1:
Sit erect in PADMASAN.
Step-2:
Do gharshana pranayama (rapid inhalation and exhalation)
Step-3:
Inhale through both the nostrils and do antar kumbhaka (internal retention).
Step-4:
while in antar kumbhaka,press with both the fore fingers over the navel keeping both the thumbs astride.
Step-5:
While in antar kumbhaka, the head must be moved backward and forward gently without loosening the bandhas.
Benefits :
1. Increases gastric fire ,corrects the nervous system.
2. Helps the movement of kundalini.
KUNDALINI VIPARITA KARANI
( Dormant energy Revamping attitude)
How to do:
Step-1:
Sit down and stretch the legs forward.
Step-2:
Keep the chest ,head and spine erect.
Step-3:
Keep both the hands clasped on the knees.
Step-4:
Do ghashana paranayama( rapid breathing).
Step-5:
Inhale and do kumbhaka.
Step-6:
Immediately lie down and raising both the legs do sarvangasan.
Step-7:
Fix the chin at the throat.
Step-8:
Holding the breath for a comfortable time,bringthe legs to the floor and sit erect.
Step-9:
Applying Udyana bandha, exhale slowly.
Benefits:

ASWANI MUDRA (Anal lock attitude)
How to do:
Step-1:
Sit in kneeling position.
Step-2:
Bend forward, keep the fists one upon the other.
Step-3:
Keep the forehead on the upper fist.
Step-4:
Exhale completely.
Step-5:
Expand and contract the anus as many times as possible.
Benefits :
1. Destroys the diseases of the rectum, particularly the piles.
2. Gives strength and vigour to the body.
3.It helps for moola bandha (perineum lock).
