How to do:
Step-1:
Sit down and stretch the legs forward.
Step-2:
Keep the chest ,head and spine erect.
Step-3:
Keep both the hands clasped on the knees.
Step-4:
Do ghashana paranayama( rapid breathing).
Step-5:
Inhale and do kumbhaka.
Step-6:
Immediately lie down and raising both the legs do sarvangasan.
Step-7:
Fix the chin at the throat.
Step-8:
Holding the breath for a comfortable time,bringthe legs to the floor and sit erect.
Step-9:
Applying Udyana bandha, exhale slowly.
Benefits:

4. Strengthens all the internal organs.
5. Improves assimilation.
6. Helps the flow of kundalini to sahasrara.
